Do you know what you want to be when you grow up? Yes, I’m talking to you. I’m talking to you if you’re 46, tired of the day in and day out grind. I’m asking you if you’re 22, with your adult life just beginning. I’m even talking to you if you’re 63, as you get ready to retire from your first life to follow those dreams. It is never too early nor ever, ever too late to decide what you want to be when you grow up.
Your Passion Matters
Anyone can find a job to do, but what stirs your passions? What is that thing that you secretly always wanted to do that seemed like a pipe dream? See, you may have been told at some point that you couldn’t be this or that… it wasn’t practical, it wasn’t going to bring home the bacon, or it wasn’t going to give you the stability you needed to succeed.
What they may not have told you is that you’re prone to be more successful at the thing that makes your soul smile. Your entire life and level of your vibe can shoot to the sky when you’re loving what you do.
So, I’m going to ask you again:
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Put aside everything you’ve been told to be, pressed to be, expected to be. Listen to your soul and be honest. It just may start you on a new path.
